I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Iwate that exceeded my expectations. the value for money was incredible. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the beautiful rooms with a nice view out to the valley. Secondly, the attention to detail was evident throughout my stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and happiness, making me feel at home. Lastly, the location was perfect for skiing enthusiasts like myself. The hotel provided a convenient shuttle service to the slopes, which made getting there a breeze. I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel's service, staff, and basic amenities.
Although there were a few minor hiccups, all in all, everything was more than satisfactory during my stay.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They even provided shuttle rides to the nearby ski field, making my skiing experience so easy. The highlight for me was the beautiful indoor and outdoor onsen, a perfect way to relax after a day on the slopes. The Japanese-style buffet breakfast was a delightful mix of traditional and Western dishes. Additionally, the hotel's location, nestled in a scenic valley, offered breathtaking views from my room.
Everything was perfect!

Spent our New Year's Eve here and had a lovely time. The food was amazing and plentiful. We were able to try different Japanese dishes. The onsen was definitely the highlight of our stay, very relaxing and rejuvenating. The hotel's location is perfect for those who want some peace and quiet as it is nestled among picturesque snowy scenery.
Although the hotel provides a shuttle service, it's only available during limited hours. We found it a bit frustrating as we had to wait for our pick-up for quite some time. Also, there weren't many other dining options in the area. We had to rely solely on the hotel's restaurant as there were no convenience stores or restaurants within walking distance.

If you are looking for a nice and budget-friendly hotel for your ski trip, this place won't disappoint. You can easily call the hotel to get their shuttle service from the train station, and it's a short walk to the nearby shops from there. the Japanese style room had comfortable futons, and the private onsen was the perfect way to relax after a long day on the slopes. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent.
The hotel restaurant lacked a bit of atmosphere, but it's still a good option for dinner if you don't feel like going out in the cold.

The food was delicious and very representative of Japanese cuisine. The staff was friendly and even though most employees spoke little English, they tried their best to communicate with us with Google translate. The traditional Japanese experience with hot springs was also a big plus, especially relaxing in the outdoor onsen with beautiful snowy surroundings.
The location was far from the ski area and not accessible by foot or ski-in/ski-out. The shuttle service was restricted on times and they did not run in the evening, so we were limited to eating at the hotel restaurant.

The hotel had great transportation options from the train station, both to and from, making it a stress-free journey. The staff were excellent in helping me figure out ski times and ordering shuttles for me. Breakfast had a large variety and the onsen was a highlight, especially the outdoor one that was surrounded by snow.
